The day is long and I’d like to go now

Wrapping myself in my clouds

Imagining where I am going

Because every time I go to rest; closing my eyes

I am always sent to a new world

Where my father can walk again and I go cliff diving with him

Or I can paint trains in the serene darkness

The world is mapped out; familiar but not so familiar

Subconscious playgrounds

They are so dark and ominous

Or bright.

Luminous.
