Finding Peace

I could try to type to light a fire with words

But I try to write to make it right ; Flight like birds

Touch the skyline of the city with compassion

Guanyin tactics needed to drastically manage this planet

Whether your Christian Muslim or Catholic

Peace be upon you… in other words you could say salaam too…

Regardless we can all praise the jewel in the lotus

With mindful focus

Its the peace we need to find

You know this

Tidy house; Tidy Mind

A tidy house is a tidy mind. Pick up the little pieces and find peace underneath it. Cracks and crevasses imbedded with Zen settled in. Once purified we can find the where’s and why’s. I find mine long before 9 am. Cleaning again as I always do. I must be thorough; scour the house for tidbits of dirt; I refurbish. Making the bed with care, whats here; whats there. All of the dishes sparkle clean and the drawers they are in. Desks and tables scrubbed to shine; of course cannot forget my shrine. A tidy house is a tidy mind.

Its raining again.

HD wallpaper: rain, Axle, anime girls ...

I have written a million poems about the rain;

And I could write a million more.

Rain drops are falling this morning at 5 am.

The city shrouded in darkness again.

So I take a quick walk to “soak it in”.

Wind blowing the trees along the cityscape.

Dripping and dropping all around me.

They protect me from my own mind.

I’m calm and at peace.

Everyone lays asleep in their beds and the rain sounds so dreamy.

And when I return home; the ambience of rain and silence remains.

I hope it rains all day.

Morning Zendo

Contentment comfortably is the greatest luxury.

A mansion is not needed to rest your eyes.

Keep clean where you abide.

I am rich in spirit; In my lines you hear it.

Health is wealth; so build the self.

But do not attach to life; as we are all sent death.

Use your home as a Zendo of peace.

Everything you have is everything that you need.

Illusions of riches soon we lose with attrition.

Meditation on the dharma; the life has been given.

I am no teacher; so I’ll just have a seat.

Loving the poetry; in my Zendo retreat.
