I was a hood rat, now that I think back
My hoods had nose candy weed and chop shops, crack rocks.
Hot blocks with S.W.A.T. teams when the shots would pop off…
I hadn’t realized this life would hurt
Hurt my soul
You better bury that body son, a typical conversation
Pitbulls in the culdasac, machetes underneath the pillowcases
I’m too delicate. I’m leaving the wastelands.

Sound scary, i hope things have changed, i myself try to stay out of the hood, here in Vancouver..
The hood here is nothing like those big american cities, nonetheless the danger is growing!
