I stutter through wisdom I choke on existence I live by spirituality And understand my mortality. I do not fear death For I know we never die So I live my life with passion Regardless what’s on the other side. Live a life of kindness And love everything that lives Dwell in your compassion And […]

It was her birthday.
I roled to the party in the trunk of a sudan
My house
Too hot too handle I put the pot Into The Pan
Took em to my spot, got the x in hand
I’ll blast so I get blasted I aint scared
I put the boogie in the boogie man
Barely a man, not even legal but I’m dealin’
Crip walkin’ not a crip
Saskwatchin my Timbo’s
It’s ya birthday bitch
I got an itch’ to hit the endo
Just.
Havin’ a lil fun wit the shit that I remember.
Went for a walk to clear my head.
I Just left the cornerstore.
Passing the middle school.
The K-9 Unit Takes a Right on Wood St.
An ambulance was shortly behind.
Old woman walks with her walker down the middle of a busy street.
I look around for speeding cars; I always worry about this woman.
My groceries are heavy as I watch the skyline at the end of the block.
Its muggy outside; hot and moist as I cross abandoned or broken homes.
The phone rings.
We talk about how we’re getting older.
And its hard to watch.
People die.
Talib Kweli – The Beautiful Struggle
Yo, I heard it’s said the revolution won’t be televised
But in the land of milk and honey there’s a date you gotta sell it by
Otherwise it just expires and spoils
And these folks jump out the pot when the water too hot
Cause the fire boils inside
You go to church to find you some religion
And all you hear is connivin’ and gossip and contradiction and
You try to vote and participate in the government
And the muh’fuckin’ Democrats is actin’ like Republicans
You join an organization that know black history
But ask them how they plan to make money and it’s a mystery
Lookin’ for the remedy but you can’t see what’s hurtin’ you
The revolution’s here, the revolution is personal
They call me the political rapper
Even after I tell ’em I don’t fuck with politics
I don’t even follow it
I’m on some KRS, Ice Cube, Chris Wallace shit

How Now Happen— Nothing Do This — Holographic Floor— Loki’s Knoll
What happened? I did nothing. What happened? I noticed what I was doing. Then what happened? More than I can tell… A moment It was Now It is gone Only so it can return As Now •
via How Now Happen— Nothing Do This — Holographic Floor— Loki’s Knoll
Cool n deadly; fit n redi Smoothly steady on the medley’
I dont fold under pressure
Any lessors
Break’n me in pieces only releases
Evolve and dissolve any stresses
Moving forward like telekenisis
Revolve around the sunsets
My world is ambient
In transit
Instructed: to do me
I’m attracted to the light
But just
Flowing on the breeze
Gone.
Far Too Precious – Nina
Instead of worry about
The luxurious
Desires of woman or man
I want to reflect on pure
Essence of simplicity
You are far too precious
As so is the world
Take a deep breath for me
And know you are loved.

Take. – Nina

I have not been myself it seems… and I can’t shake it off. I sit in my lingerie all alone and I want to be touched; to be your desire. I want to be taken. Here and now and forever. Asking when I’m going to see you but I’m on fire… burning n itching and clawing at the walls in my empty room… A wild animal.
Nothing quenches my thirst…biting down on myself but knowing I can’t do this alone. Whispering to myself what I wish you would do and say to me. And oh what I would do to you if you would let me… Mind racing; Back arching, with my head floating in pink clouds.
Take.
I’m Lucky
Fortunately for me.
I was fortunate enough to live to: 27 in: 2016.
I wander though lifes mystery.
I can leave the past in the past.
Its all his-tor-y
So why bother: fret-regret
I’m still breathin’ and I’m dreamin’
Keepin’ all my demons in check.
So what’s next?
I’m pretty hungry with a spiritual thirst
I’ve seen miracles work
And sometimes it’s when the lyricals spoke.
For what its worth.
Always returning to the earth; it’s a grounded approach.
Nina
