Taking a moment to breathe simple poetry
Honest to the page; honest to myself; refreshing sage
Entranced and awakened; it was romantic
But Perhaps. I need to find myself
Remind myself; follow your dreams
Humbly sitting beside myself; just finding me.

Calm yourself and be still
Feel the air going in and out for this moment
Love entails you to be grounded
There is simply no room for ego
Love with all that you have
With everything you’ve got
Because love is all that you have
Be patient and love each moment
This moment is all you have

Nothing is concrete in this life
Down to the molecular level
Even atoms can be split
Change is constant
Evolution is constant
Growth is constant
Into infinity….
Everything seems to be changing all around us
And seemingly so
Faster and faster and faster
Humans have adapted to this
We use technology to expand our adaptation
And change is very hard to control
When the scientists created the atomic bomb
They did not know if it would decimate us all
Grasping the speed of light
Faster
And faster
AND FASTER.
Nothing is concrete.
It is infinite.

We laid in the grass
Hours. Days. Weeks. Months
Basking in the sun
And it seemed like the warmest summer Ive ever had
The best summer I had ever had
And I think about it every day
Wishing I could go back and do it again
I would have taken more photos
And stayed up with you for days on end
Mindfully loving every second; minute; hour
Again and again and again…

Its a Mindful Morning,
I am so utterly blessed and thankful to be able to write; breathe and live my life as well as share. I am so very fortunate for everything that I have and the people I keep beside me with all of my heart. I want to bless the world today in as many ways as I possibly can; to tell you that you are loved and everything is going to be just fine; no matter where you are. In retrospect simply living in love; A very beautiful way to start my day as I type away and smile; feeling blessed.

Eat and sleep together; live and breathe together.
Loving is just so simple sometimes.
As simple as the next breath.
And meeting you was the first step.
To that easily in place; simply saying “I love you.”

Black; in the deep dark depths of emptiness
There is also luminous white light;
And I am there too…
Phosphorescencent in the dark ocean depths
I am A yin and a yang that spins in perfect balance;

Thankful to be alive and breathing
I don’t write to gain; but perhaps learn about myself and…
Just to be happy for that moment; look back at it and smile again
We don’t have time to fret; life is simply too short
So I am here; smiling for no particular reason
But it does
Boost endorphins.
