Love and The Life – Nina
I spent a decade
Frolicking in toxins
As did you;
We’ve spent an earth year together
Grasping each other tightly
Knotted
Am I? An addiction
Affliction?
I feel it; sometimes depicted
But we have to bear in mind
Where we came to find
Ourselves within
Each others hearts
Where we made our marks
Permanent
Serving as a light
In this dark…

The racoon walked by. – Nina
We startled each other
Backing away with eyes of fear
Scurrying
Hiding with our masks on
Afraid of this world
Carrying on
To survive…

Falling… -Nina
“Please… ” I whimper, “Don’t Lose”…
“Your grip of me.” ….
“I’m falling!”
*Our hands beginning to slip*
-Looking down-
And then up….
Tears stream down my face…
Into your eyes. I stare…
“I don’t want to say…”
“Goodbye”….
As the grip,
hope,
love,
is lost…
I’m falling.

Which to you is of more importance?
And what becomes of the ones determined?
To “Make” their dreams a reality…
Is it to suffer to succeed or simply breathe;
Vision…
Close your eyes to see; everything we need.
Life can be quite ambient; the solitude of mind.
But to paint a picture of your dreams.
And manifest what you’ve seen.
Self Realization Absolute.
